• Course access remains active for the duration specified at enrolment, or indefinitely for lifetime-access courses.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time.

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details.
• Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is final.

All content on the Platform including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software is owned by or licensed to Marque Technologies Engineering Academy and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without explicit written permission.

When you post content (forum posts, comments, project submissions), you grant Marque Technologies Engineering Academy a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content. You remain the owner of your content.

You agree not to post content that is: unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, spam, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

You agree not to:

Course content is for educational purposes only. Marque Technologies Engineering Academy does not guarantee employment outcomes or specific results from taking any course.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marque Technologies Engineering Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
